You have the right to withdraw within a period of 14 days from receipt of your order. To withdraw from your purchase, please follow the returns procedure. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Returns must be sent in France to the address of our logistics warehouse located in Caen (14). The address will be given to you by email. contact us on shop@fastrack-art.fr.

We offer you delivery costs from 60€ purchases for all FastTrackArt articles, as for return costs, they remain your responsibility.

Orders destined for mainland France and countries of the European Union do not should not be subject customs and import duties.

For more information on possible costs, we advise you to contact your local customs office. This will avoid any unpleasant surprises. 

Before contacting us, check your order confirmation if the product ordered is different from the one you received. If the item received is indeed different from the one you ordered, please contact customer service by email.

In order to optimize delivery times and to prevent you from waiting too long, your order may be shipped in several packages. Check your order confirmation email. If all packages have not arrived after 15 days, contact customer service by email.

We do our utmost to ensure the intact and compliant delivery of your order. If, however, you receive a defective product, contact us and we guarantee to find a winning solution for you.

Quite. If this case arises, contact us. You have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a full refund from us and return the product to us as is. Return costs are your burden. Contact us first and consult our returns policy.
